Great price for the quality. My wife's always breaking the hose so this is good to replace with and cheap. It stronger than expected and fits perfectly with our hose.

Work good. Just makes it difficult to change attachments. The housing unit is too large for my use. Good Quality.

Really well made and easy to install on your hose. I had an otherwise good hose that was leaking out of both ends (the crimped part, new gaskets did nothing to help). So, the only option was new hose or new hose ends. Glad I went with this method. These are well machined and easy to install. I was putting them on a standard 5/8" hose, but also put one of them on the little leader hose to a hose reel, I believe that one was a tight 3/4" and it needed some oil to go all the way on (and I left it in the sun for a few minutes, which is powerful here in Florida). I was pleased to see a complete set of extra gaskets were included as well. We seem to go through those like there is no tomorrow.

These were easy to apply to the ends of some leaky old hoses, making them useful again. I found that soaking the cut end of the hose in very hot water, for about 15 min, prior to applying the new end, made it a quick and easy fix.

These are really sturdy brass and metal fittings. Heavy duty! I have spent money on those cheap plastic one which end up slipping off after a few days. I am sure these metal one will last a good while, solid gripping with stainless screws offer a tight fit. They also a a low profile to other ones that feel awkward. I am going to get a few more in case of an emergency.

Works but not very robust (thin metal) as others I’ve bought. Concerned about longevity.

I just repaired several 5/8" hoses with these and they are all working great. I did have to use a small heat gun to soften up the hoses, which were quite old and hard, but then the connectors went in without much trouble. I do worry about the edges of the clamping pieces cutting into the hoses over time, so I think it's important not to over-tighten them. I appreciate that there is nothing sticking out, unlike the hose clamp style connectors. Very nice and worth the money to have a smooth connector.

These are great for repairs, no sharp edges, like hose clamps, and easy to install. Worm up the hose to install with a heat gun or just let the hose warm up in the sun, then they slip right on.
