Only use for the grey water tank.

I had a problem with solids built up in my camper black tank.. I know this item is usually used for draining grey water, but I bought this cap and an adapter to hook up the male end of a garden hose to it. I used the garden hose pressure to clear the blockage. I also filled the tank that way, and drained it right away.. it was a very simple project, and it now works great..

This is a good Cap my only recommendation is I wish it would have had a thicker or larger handle to take on and off. Otherwise it fits nice and snug. Also no clip so once it is off and lays on the ground, my old one would swing on a rubber cord, we will see if I forgot to put it on overtime

Perfect tight fit so no leaks and has easy to open molded in handle so no more wrenches.

Excellent cap. This is my second one and the only reason I bought the second is because we bought a trailer with dual dump valves. Small cap helps control drainage before removal keeping you from leaking all over the ground. Very robust and well designed.

I have one of those wheeled blue tanks to transport grey water to the dump site and needed a way to keep the water in the tank during transport and easily dump it. This cap lets me connect a hose and then tip the blue container up to dump. It's not a fast dump, that's for sure, but it lets you use a garden hose if the need be. The cap has 4 hooks to hold onto the blue tank, it won't come off by mistake and it seals well, no leaks. Alternatively, this works great on the trailer dump connection to allow dumping the grey water into a nearby gopher hole.
