Yummy and good for you.
This is yummy and helps me stay asleep/relax in the evening. It is a guilt free sweet treat as well. I mix with milk for a nicer texture! It is expensive, but with the supplements it contains, probably nearly equal to buying those all separately.

Believer!!!
I’m completely impressed with the validity in this products ability to help you sleep, I believed it could eventually help promote me to fall asleep earlier than I was but not that I would fall asleep after finishing the first cup! I’ve taken other vitamins and melatonin supplements all with no changes or solutions but magically this stuff actually does the trick, I also stay asleep thru the night which is comparably noticeable on days when I don’t drink a cup. Also very very very delicious hot chocolate! I make it with hot water and mix in a little creamer then finish it off with the frother to make a true velvety hot chocolate! Very good! Must try! You won’t be disappointed!!

Beam Dream vs Sleepy Cocoa Comparison Review
After trying both Beam Dream and Sleepy Cocoa as sleep aids, I thought it would be helpful to share my experience and comparison of these two products for anyone looking for a good night's sleep. I’ve been seeing Beam Dream everywhere online, and I was initially attracted to its promise of a restful night. The formula includes ingredients like melatonin and magnesium, which are commonly used for sleep support. The texture and taste were pleasant, and I did find that it helped me fall asleep faster on most nights. I enjoyed the chocolate cinnamon flavor, it reminded me a little bit of Mexican hot chocolate. Beam has an impressive, clean formula and ingredient list. However, there are a few downsides. Firstly, Beam Dream relies primarily on melatonin, which can be a deal-breaker for those preferring a melatonin-free alternative. Additionally, while effective, the cost per serving is on the higher end, making it an expensive choice for long-term use. On the other hand, Sleepy Cocoa impressed me with its comprehensive approach to promoting restful sleep. It contains 9 sleep-promoting supplements vs. the 4 supplements used in Beam Dream. Sleepy Cocoa includes l-theanine, lemon balm, holy basil, magnesium glycinate, zinc, cherry tart extract, and GABA. Notably, it's melatonin-free, which I prefer as it avoids the potential dependency or disruption of natural sleep rhythms associated with melatonin use. The standout aspect of Sleepy Cocoa is its cost-effectiveness for such an advanced formula. It offers a greater value for the price compared to Beam Dream, making it a more sustainable option for regular use. The taste is also cozy and comforting, akin to a warm cup of classic hot cocoa, which adds to the overall relaxing experience. The taste reminded me of a semi-sweet chocolate bar. While both Beam Dream and Sleepy Cocoa are effective in their own rights, my preference leans towards Sleepy Cocoa. Its melatonin-free formula, combined with a rich blend of 9 rest-promoting ingredients, offers a more holistic approach to improving sleep quality. Moreover, its cost makes it an attractive option for those looking to incorporate a sleep aid into their nightly routine without breaking the bank. For anyone seeking a natural, cost-effective sleep supplement, I highly recommend giving Sleepy Cocoa a try.

Serving amounts seem egregiously off.
I’m not one to usually write reviews, but this needs to be said about the product. First off use of the product seems to work very well. Definitely a great sleep aid. Flavor fantastic. I’ve only tried two flavors so far but they’ve both been wonderful. Mixability Very difficult to mix in cold beverages unless using a mechanical mixer my little coffee, frother worked fantastically. My only complaint with the product is that this is my third time trying this product. It says that it’s a 30 night supply on the bag and the most I’ve ever gotten is 21 days out of a bag. the last bag I was meticulous in measuring with the supplied, measuring scoop scraping off the top, making sure that it’s exactly What they recommend, also shaking up the bag to make sure it wasn’t compacted at the bottom and with the extra effort I was able to squeeze out one more night from the bag. Normally, I would say it would be user error and maybe I’m scooping too much but this seems to be the only product I’ve ever had that has an enormous variance from what is written on the package to what I actually get. Several of the protein powders that I take you might over scoop and instead of getting 30 servings 28 or 29 I can definitely see that as User error but 9 to 10 servings less in such a small package seems highly unlikely especially after purchasing this product three times now. If this product was $10-$15 I probably wouldn’t even have written this review, but it is $60 and for $60. I would expect exactly what it says on the package. I would like to see if anyone else is having the same issue and if so will it be addressed this for future purchasing? like I said fantastic product. Only issue is the claim to how many servings per bag hope this helps.

Delicious!
Best sleep I’ve had in awhile after staring to use these daily. Mixes well but would recommend using a frother. Taste good, has the texture of hot chocolate so easy to swallow.

Maybe it’s just me…
Tasty, and it did help me go to sleep. But every time I’d wake a couple hours later with mild stomach upset. Not enough to vomit, but uncomfortable enough to make it hard to go back to sleep. The foil bag it came in was hard to manage, so i discarded it and transferred the powder to a more satisfactory container.. Otherwise I would have returned the product. I’m wiring this update two weeks later.. The enclosed scoop is 1 TBSP. I tried cutting the dosage i. half and the stomach upsets ceases, while still helping me sleep.

tastes fine. Kind of pricey. If melatonin bothers you, get the version without.
Flavor and all is good. It did help me sleep but I did get the version with melatonin and that gives me wild dreams. They do offer a version without, so maybe that would have been a better choice for me.
