Big but worth it
This thing is fantastic!! Couple things first. You will need room to store it. Will not fit in a regular closet because it's big and it's a little heavy. Not super heavy, but also not light like the handheld. That said, this is the BEST shampooer I have ever used. We used it in our 5th wheel that had terrible YEARS old pet stains and smells in the carper and the floor from the previous owner. You don't have to empty it often because the tank is big and the water tank holds quite a bit. I absolutely love this but it's not for everyone

A must have product!!!
To start off i will start by saying I apologize for the review before, as an inpatient person as I am. 🤣🤣🤣 So this product does come in 2 separate boxes and i was unaware of. This seller is amazing as they reached out to me and informed me there was 2 tracking numbers. Thank you seller your amazing. As far as the product goes like WOW it has enough sucking power to bring my 1960s carpet in my rental house back to new (well as close as you can get anyway). You will never know how much dirt and crap is in your carpets till you try this. Almost sucks the carpet padding through the darn carpet. 100% is my most favorite purchase I have ever gotten. And don't get me started on the couch project. I thought my couch was clean, nope watching the stuff being sucked up through the clear head on the little sucker. THAT WAS AMAZING, there was just so much dirt you can't see, and I think I pulled out a raccoon from the neighbors yard through it. I wish I could give more stars, we have 5 dogs and this is a must have. WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT.

Not as good as I expected
The sprayer went out on my first use. The suction was weak. Decided to return.

Product is great, only issue is one tracking number provided and packages came 5 days apart making me think I’d not gotten what I ordered.

Terrible suction and no way to return for a refund
Very poor suction power. Hose connection is loose and pulls out of the main body. Amazon does not pay for the return and the cost to ship the item for a refund is MORE than the cost to purchase it!!!

All turned out good
2nd package arrived the next day. Was not vendor fault that 2nd tracking number was not listed. Very impressed how well the machine works .
