Yes, they are made with stretchable material so should fit just fine. You can also use compression straps if you like the snug feeling better.

Yes, it comes with ice packs. If you are using for chemo, you might want to also order another set of ice packs.

Q: What is the fabric used for the socks and what is its thickness (in GSM)?

Not sure on actual thickness but it is like a thin sock not a thick one.

Q: can you freeze the gel packs while in the socks and mittens ?

Yes you can freeze the gel packs while in the socks and mittens. It is hard to get them in the socks and mittens if you freeze separately. I had the nurse take them out of the freezer about 10 minutes before my chemotherapy treatments so I could get them on .
