If you blend it with some ice, milk, creamer, and cinnamon sugar, you’ll have a delicious donut flavored milk shake with a fraction of the fat and a whole serving of protein. I love it! It’s also very versatile and can be mixed with a ton of different things since the flavor is not overpowering. You can make chocolate donuts, blueberry, or just plain glazed.
