Please test and check if the fuel cell is working properly. Else, please contact Customer Service to start the RMA process. **Q: What are the specs on the tubbing?** A: silicon tubing, 2mm inner, 4mm outer diameter **Q: What in the Box** A: A PEM cell, tubing (~2 ft), 1 dc motor, a battery case with switch, a solar cell, 2 reservoirs for the O2 and the H2, 2 stands, wires a CD with instructions. very straight forward to follow. **Q: If the fuel cell generates water as subproduct, How does water have to be removed from fuel cell for avoiding damage?** A: I haven't used mine in a while but I'm pretty sure it is a closed system. There is water at the beginning that is split into H and O with electrolysis and then that same H and O are combined back into water with the fuel cell. the first step requires electricity (solar panel) and the 2nd step makes electricity.
