Excellent product ! Quality is same as original Sony earpads provided with XM4.

The ANC is a bit stronger and I have yet to sweat in them. They are more comfortable than the OEM cushions too. Easy to install and I absolutely recommend.

Comes with everything to easily remove the stock earpads and install the new ones. Importantly, these were the only earpads I could find that had the grey/cream color option to color match. These are more comfortable (squishy/soft), and most importantly for me, they don't get nearly as hot as the stock earpads.
