I have using these for almost 3 months and can definitely see a huge difference in my skin and generally I feel much more energetic . I take 2 tablets on a empty stomach and start the day feeling great. They are a bit big to swallow but you get used to them . Also its bit on the pricey side . But overall its great quality and definitely with continuous use I can look forward to a much healthier me !

I purchased Zooki 500mg Liposomal Glutathione Capsules with the hope of improving my melasma. Unfortunately, after diligently taking these capsules for two months, I did not observe any noticeable difference in the appearance of my melasma. Ineffective for Melasma: In my experience, these capsules did not provide any benefit in reducing or fading my melasma. While the liposomal delivery system may be a plus, I cannot recommend these capsules specifically for melasma treatment based on my personal experience. Individual results may vary.
