Nifty little bit of kitchen hardware.
This little beauty makes lovely Greek style yoghurt without too much fuss. I've even started using the surplus whey for bread making. I would definitely recommend this kitchen gadget 10/10

Brilliant.
A little Gem. I was impressed at the speed this arrived & immediately set about making Yoghurt. I heated a litre of full fat milk, once cooled I mixed in a small amount of live /active yoghurt & poured into machine......then left switched on for 8 hours. Once it had incubated for 8 hours I turned it out, into the filter, which comes with it..... [ which you cannot do with the individual cups of other makers ] & left draining for several hours to make Greek Yoghurt. I then did the same with semi skimmed milk & again with great success. The Greek Yoghurt is better than any bought , really thick & creamy. The softer yoghurt I placed into small jars with a spoonful lemon curd in the base , delicious ! A definite buy .

Very impressed
I love it, its just right apart from one thing the instructions are a little hard but once you get them it seems so easy. Its the way they explain the amount of milk or yoghurt amount you add or the powder. Which isnt included . Incase you think it is the powder ( the powder isnt a must its incase you dont have a youghurt) I mean. Im very pleased with it. Its basic and it has a filter for greek youghurt . Im on a very strick diet and I carnt have fat so I did fat free greek youghurt its turned out lovely I had to add some of the fuild that I drained. as It was solid. Im going to buy another one but im buying a English make. Thats why ive give in 4 🌟 because its Italian in the front page which of course its an Italian make sense, but the English part doesnt explain the same. Of course its probably common sense. Im Dyslexic and to be very honest I did struggle with instructions. It was my son who helped me . Im not thick . Just a bit complicated at first. But now really easy . For the fat free version it was 1litre of uht skimmed milk and the yoghurt I added was fat free. It was a different taste from all these good quality brands but I added fesh cherries and frozen strawberries, blueberries, frozen banana 🍌 and added some sweeteners more natural kind the healther kind. And it was extremely filling. X

Wrong plug for uk
Why doesn’t anyone mention that this yoghurt maker comes with an EU plug? The machine is well finished and the plastic feels a good quality but I resent having to pay £7.99 for a plug.

Manufacturing fault on Yoghurt Maker
We found out that the recommended temperature for a YOGURT maker should be between 43°c - 46°c. As checked on Google. But was pre-set to 55°, which couldn't be manually adjusted, and far too high.

Hazard?
I was excited to make my own yogurt but sad to have to return this. In order to get it switched on I had to wiggle the cable at the back of the machine. I’m perfectly capable of burning down my kitchen without the help of a yogurt machine so no thank you.
