To a degree, yes. I put my hand in water with it on, and it still works. I do believe it is waterproof up to 20 feet of water.

Can it stream youtube videos at 1080p?

The only thing this watch does is tell time. My husband just wanted a plain old watch without all the bells and whistles and this watch is perfect for him.

How long is the band length for this watch?

Not very long...not sure if I got something different, but I have small wrists and only have 3 holes to go larger. This is more like a watch designed for a woman or child, it is smaller than average. The side of the band with the clasp is 3", the side with the holes is just over 4". Overall length including the face (not just the band) is just under 9".
