Color Collective's Palette Perfect: Color Combinations Inspired by Fashion, Art and Style

This is the color palette book I have been waiting for- it features lots of shades and tones of colors, not just the colors you can find on any printed color wheel. Lots of naturals, pastels, creamy hues, vivid CLEAN translucents all playing wonderfully together to create absolutely fresh and modern color palettes that can be applied to anything and everything. If you are looking for a book that doesn't have the "here's 500 variations on what happens if you put together maroon, kelly green, and ultramarine blue, oh and let's throw in some avocado yellow and some puce just for variation and contrast" thing going on that every other color palette book seems to be stuck on, this book is for you. So beautiful, so inspiring, eye candy and an invaluable resource. To the author and publisher: please, please produce a series of these.

I use this book to create color palettes for my graphic design work. There are thousands of combinations in this book. The options are endless with the amount of work you can create with this book. I would also venture to say this would be a great book for interior decoration and fashion. All around a versatile book

I bought all three of her books. The first two are perfect if you use things like procreate. The third book is more just about fashion. I am so in love with the first two books. Teela from EveryTuesday recommended these books to all her students and it was the best recommendation. Thanks!

I bought this book for my design studio, and it has been really helpful. Although it’s not hardcover and I have to take extra care of it, I love how it presents different color combinations and what each one conveys. It’s an excellent tool for finding fresh ideas and defining perfect palettes for my branding projects.

The colors and color combinations in this book are well thought out and beautiful. When I kind of know what colors I want, say a forest-y green and modern pink/peach, I do my best at choosing them, then I always refer to this book to find the most beautiful versions of these colors. Love it so much. Just came here to see if Lauren has written any more books, nothing yet - hopefully she will! I purchased other color reference books as well, and find them disappointing, overwhelming, and dated.

I saw this book in person and decided to order it. It's laid out so well and has so many different color palettes to look through! I'm an artist and find it really helpful. I got one for my friend who is also an artist and she LOVES it! It definitely will appeal to the artist in your life. The color palettes also come with all the hex/color codes so you plug them into whatever program your working with which is AMAZING! Such a great feature, highly recommend!

As a Designer, I was tasked with creating the color palette for my company's branding effort. I have purchased many books on color in my lifetime and this one is by far the most useful. Hundreds of sublime color combinations, and all separated by mood. And pay no attention to the, ahem, person's review saying there are no directions on how to mix the colors. Maybe they're talking about painting? Each color has CMYK and RGB percentages clearly listed. It's the book on color I've always wanted.

Ogni sezione è caratterizzata da immagini suggestive per poi arrivare ad una carrellata di palette, affiancate dai valori RGB e CMYK per facilitarne l'utilizzo nei propri progetti. Un libro di ispirazione per i creativi e designers che si cimentano nella creazione di palette colori, che online spesso sono ripetitive o banali.
