I take 1 midday and another in the evening… and stopped craving sweets or snacks. No side effects. I tried 2 other brands that included other supplements I like to take but they had no effect on me. This is the one.

Haven't noticed any nasty side effects.. no interactions with current meds.. no taste.. dr prescribed this 3 times daily an kimchi because kimchi has probiotics that kill off bad bacterias in the gut and many health benefits.. easy to swallow capsule.. definitely will buy this same product again.. this is the one the dr showed me to get so this will be my go to and I like that I have no side effects to this an no taste.. update after 2 weeks.. I noticed I was having more problems with seizures (I do have epilepsy) and chest pains ( I do have heart conditions) I looked further into this.. Yohimbine is added to this certain brand. I cant take Yohimbine due to it has harsh effects on seizures and heart conditions. I wish this certain brand of berberine didn't contain Yohimbine but unfortunately they don't carry berberine without it so I have to move on sadly to a different brand.

i have been taking this supplement Berberine for about three weeks now, and things that Berberine is recommended for, lower blood sugar, energy, and heart health, although subjective seem to exist in my health, there was no unwanted or undesired side effects or difficulties in swallowing the tablets.Overall i am pleased with my purchase.

There.Is a guy on YouTube that test medications?He tested this Berberine.Sga among others. According to this gentleman, there is almost no berberine in the capsule. IFound it totally ineffective.

I’ve used berberine in the past to manage weight and promote weight loss. I have had some progress in losing and maintaining. I’ve used the product as described and essentially completed the bottle; I may only have a few capsules left. While taking these, my weight has fluctuated but overall I have still gained a few pounds. My diet is relatively clean and I workout 3-4x per week. I questioned whether the product was effective and briefly took more than the recommended dosage (I would not recommend doing this); I still had no positive effects but did experience heartburn. The capsules are flavorless and odorless; easy to swallow. I think there could be some use with a very strict diet, but I didn’t have much luck with these. Thanks.
