This is the best yoga chair ever. The second one I have purchased. It goes with me everywhere I need it. The seat and cushioning is firm and yet comfy. It is a large size chair and back plus it has a nice extra support part for your back, if you need it. The best part it is light weight and yet sturdy. I am 77 years old and so far the best yoga chair ever. I bought one for myself in India and found the same one here in California. Enjoy.
