I’ve been using OxyShred for a few weeks, mainly before morning workouts, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my energy and focus. It gives me a steady lift without the shaky or anxious feeling I’ve had from stronger pre-workouts, and I find I sweat more during training. The flavors are refreshing and mix smoothly with water — no gritty texture. It’s not a magic fat-loss product on its own, but when combined with consistent exercise and a balanced diet, it does seem to help with motivation and stamina. I also appreciate that it doesn’t cause an afternoon crash. For me, it’s been a reliable, pleasant way to start my workouts feeling ready and alert.

I like the product as a whole, I bought the gummy snake flavour and it does taste like the sweets! It provides me with energy before my workout with no jitters or shakes! :) And makes me sweat more during my workout. This is the second tub I have bought and I have noticed since taking it, I have lost weight quicker. However, there are two negatives I must mention. Firstly, the scoop is buried right at the bottom of the tub, product goes all over when trying to get it out (this happened in both the tubs I have bought). Secondly, I have thrown 3 scoops worth of it away because in my clear shaker I noticed strange small black/brown bits floating around... I wasn’t sure what it was? But after the 4th scoop I tried, there wasn’t any. Just a shame as it is not a cheap product to be wasting and to have 3 scoops with the same bits in was disappointing.

Found my new nootropic drink! It wakes me up mentally. Taste is nice, subtle guava. Great value because there is 60 doses in the small tube! Yes, digging the tiny scoop was a surgical procedure because the tub is really full and powder very fine but that wouldn’t put me off. I originally wanted to try a different pre-workout to get a new motivation to exercise and achieve my body goals but I think I do miss no tingles if I really want to push my body’s limits. It definitely wakes up my mind though (I don’t like drinking coffee, that could be an option too). I also feel it gives me more energy than coffee and energy is sustained for at least half a day. Regarding workouts I don’t feel it as much as body in action mode but still happy with the product. There is no usual stuff like beta alanin (tingles), creatine (high intensity workout), citrulline malate, branched chained amino acids. It does make me somewhat less food obsessed so I don’t eat 4 croissants after my workout as it suppresses some cravings. Also, hard to pick preworkout if you are like me and try to avoid additional ingredients like maltodextrin, acesulfame K and aspartame. Here is still sucralose and silicon dioxide (to prevent hardening). Overall happy with this one and looking forward to try a different flavour in the future.

I told myself not to exaggerate, but I think it deserves more attention as It’s definitely the best pre-workout I’ve ever tasted, so I can understand the price they sell it at. I used a bit more water to dilute it because the flavour of juicy watermelon is quite sour (which I love, sometimes) but also it’s my preference. It genuinely does taste like juicy water melon, and a bit of bubblegum, it’s a pretty light pink shade too once it’s mixed. There was no side effects like the usual tingly, uncomfortable sensation I get with cheaper pre workouts such as Optimum Nutrition (Those are kind of a nightmare, the itchiness is tough to deal with) Ease of mixing is the best, I mixed for a good 20 seconds and there were no clumps left at the bottom of the cup. The amount of energy it gives too, I feel like I could hit a few PR’s when I use it before the gym, I’ve only drank it once on an empty stomach, but I’m sure the performance levels would be just as good as other aspects of the pre. There were also no underlying effects on the skin, or any effects on my body such as my stomach. I think it’s worth noting that it does take a good minute to find the scoop, as I lost a bit of powder whilst struggling to find it. Other than that and my ranting, It’s worth every penny and I’ll gladly purchase it again.
