These are really sticky but leave no residue if/when removed. Easy to install: peel the back and stick into the correct shoe. Wonderfully comfortable and great quality. Wore them in a brand new pair of heels that I didn't have time to break in and wow, oh, wow, I was grateful for them. The pads are less than a quarter inch thick but it was perfect so my feet were squished in the shoe. This is only the second set I've owned in my lifetime and these are better than the last.

This is a fabulous foot pad - but just know that it takes up space in the shoe - so it might make th fit tighter. Super comfortable and cushioning for the ball of the foot!

Work great use these in almost all my high heels to keep foot from slipping. Since shoe sizes seem to be as inconsistent. Everything else that’s made good item to have.

The problem with these are they’re plastic, if your feet even get warm you’ll still slide down on them completely defeating the purpose. But the cushion aspect is nice. I bought these and “heel socks” which I decided last minute wouldn’t be necessary, well they were

The foot cushions worked wonders. I purchased them for new high heels. I was able to wear heels for wedding that started at 12 noon and ended at 12 midnight without foot pain! Easy to wear, stayed in place and great value for the money!

So far they feel comfortable and the true test is when I wear them this weekend at my son's wedding.

These are good quality. Can be used and re used. Very good adhesive. Great cushion but better to use in shoes that are a bit too big otherwise the shoe can feel tight.

Si se tienen que usar a menudo zapatos de tacón para cualquier evento o para el trabajo, estas almohadillas van a ser un verdadero salvavidas. Para mí han sido un buen descubrimiento, pues ayudan mucho a aguantar los tacones e incluso con los tacones más incómodos se nota la diferencia. Lo que más me ha gustado: - Alivio casi inmediato: La principal función, que es aliviar la presión en la bola del pie (zona metatarsiana), la cumple a la perfección. La plantilla de gel amortigua muy bien y evita por completo esa sensación de ir andando sobre asfalto que dan algunos zapatos. - Material muy cómodo y agradable: La plantilla de es suave, amortigua, se adapta muy bien a la forma del pie y proporciona una sensación de confort desde el primer momento. Para mi gusto tiene el punto justo: no es demasiado blanda ni demasiado dura. - Se adhiere bien: Creo que ésta es una buena característica. La base adhesiva es efectiva y se mantiene en su sitio durante todo el día. Una vez puestas, no se mueven ni se despegan. - Versátiles y discretas: Vienen 12 almohadillas (6 pares), lo que es ideal para tenerlas en varios pares de zapatos sin tener que andar cambiándolas. Además, por su color carne, son muy discretas y una vez colocadas dentro del calzado ni se notan, siempre que la plantilla del zapato sea de un color similar. - Hay que tener en cuenta que tienen algo de grososr, así que con zapatos ajustados pueden ir muy justas, pero si los zapatos van algo sueltos, resuelven el problema: así que además de aliviar el dolor, añaden algo de volumen que ayuda a que el zapato que queda un poco holgado sujete mejor el pie. Aspectos mejorables: - Durabilidad limitada: Evidentemente el material es una especie de gel y como es habitual en este tipo de productos, no son para toda la vida. Con el uso frecuente, el gel (o almohadillado) va perdiendo poco a poco sus propiedades o, también, el adhesivo puede debilitarse después de varios usos. - En algunos casos, me ha pasado que si el zapato es muy ajustado, los bordes de la almohadilla pueden llegar a marcarse ligeramente en la piel. No es doloroso, pero es algo a tener en cuenta. De todas formas las marcas desaparecen al poco de descalzarse. Conclusiones: Creo que estas almohadillas metatarsianas son una buena solución: eficaz, barata y sencilla para uno de los mayores problemas de los zapatos de tacón: el dolor en la parte delantera del pie. Son fáciles de usar y funcionan tal como reza el anuncio. ¿Recomendaría este producto? Sí, definitivamente. Pienso que son ideales para dar una segunda oportunidad a unos zapatos incómodos, para sobrevivir a una fiesta o evento largo o simplemente para aumentar la comodidad diaria. The pads are soft and supple easily forming the to shoe. They are easy to fit and the adhesive back holds very well Upon initial use there was an immediate feeling of walking on a more padded sole which is great, however as the day wears on they feel like they are compressed, losing that little sponge feel and becoming as firm as the sole. I also found that although they are not overly thick, they did tighten up my shoes, reducing movement particularly around the camp of the shoes, sadly on some shoes such as patent this became a little uncomfortable, as if breaking in the shoes all over again. They do help on some shoes but not on others.
