BASE CAMP Family Pack Dust Mask, Breathable Reusable Respirator Mask with 6 Activated Carbon Filters(Dark Tiber)

I’ve bought similar dust masks before, but this one’s a definite upgrade. The filters are easier to swap out, and while they’re technically disposable, I’ve washed both the filters and the mask a few times with no issues (yes, I bend the rules). It blocks most dust particles and even helps a bit with smoke and paint fumes. I wouldn’t rely on it daily in a heavy-duty environment, but for general dust protection, it does the job. It’s also more comfortable than my last mask—the ear loops are better, there’s more breathing room around the nose, and the nose piece actually cinches down and stays put. Works better with glasses, though let’s be honest: in cool weather, your glasses are going to fog no matter what mask you wear. Comfortable, easy to use, strap around the back of the neck. Five stars—I’d buy them again.

This mask has excellent filtration. I decided to get a good mask for when I do my yard work. Before purchasing this mask I used to take allergy medication before doing my yard work and would still get messed up from the grass, dirt, and pollen blowing around. This time I tested using this mask without using allergy medication. I also did both front and back yards this time , 1 hour mowing, edging, and using the blower. Since the nose and mouth are covered, breathing does get fairly warm but absolutely not restricted. It has ear loops which are nice and the neck strap is velcro adjustable for a perfect fit. Out of the bag, a reusable storage one at that, I didn't find it having any awful smell being new. I had safety glasses on and had no fogging issues. The safety glasses stayed on, no problem at all needing to readjust them. Absolutely easy to replace the filters and for sure a great value with so many replacement filters that come with it. After settling down after the yard work, I feel great. My eyes and nose don't feel any allergy symptoms at all. This mask filtered the air I was breathing exceptionally well.

These dust masks do the job well and have been really useful for projects around the house and shop. They do a good job keeping dust out while still being breathable enough to wear for a while without feeling suffocated. I also like that they’re reusable, which makes them a lot better than constantly going through disposable masks. The color is nice and they look better than the typical plain masks you see. For the most part they’re comfortable and they don’t press down on your nose like some disposable ones do, which is a big plus. The only downside is the fit—the straps sit on the ears a little bit weird. It’s not a deal breaker though, and overall I still like them more than disposable masks.

Exactly what I needed in my line of work of textiles. Looks fashionable and stays on comfortably.

Very good mask

METAL HARDWARE ON THE EAR LOOPS! Not returnable, but you can get a refund. I've had this mask 5 minutes and I've never been this angry about an Amazon product. The mask was delivered over night and fits well and DOES NOT FOG MY GLASSES, however, unlike the photo on the product images, the mask has adjustable earloops with metal hardware that not only doesn't loosen enough but then tightly rubs your ears. I have bronchitis from local agricultural pollutants and needed a mask desperately, and now I have to go back and order another mask from a different maker over this utterly ASININE change in the product. It's clear that the people who sell this mask never wore one and have no idea how idiotic it is to have that metal hardware rubbing your ears. I have to use this piece of junk til the replacements get here, but I'll never order another product from these people.

I like the color and the mask itself is good. My issue is with the straps. To make it tight enough to feel like a good seal you have to tighten the strap behind your neck. Even at the smallest size the ear loops don’t compensate so it pulls the whole mask down and is uncomfortable. There needs to be a step behind the back of your head. I see they have one like that but only in black.

This is an excellent product. I am a woodworker who wears glasses. The dsign of this mask with the exhale vents prevents glasses from fogging up. Everything from the mask itself to the self sealing storage pouch is exceptional!

I’m a professional woodworker and I’ve tried several dust masks and respirators and so far the base camp ones are my favourite. They are comfortable, the material is soft and doesn’t leave a mask imprint on your face all day after you take it off. I was having trouble with the fit of this particular mask and when I wrote the company to ask for help, they were so kind and helpful in finding me ways to adjust this mask but also helped me find another of their masks that fit my face better. They are absolutely committed to customer satisfaction.
