I can't give a comprehensive review yet because I have not had them very long and I don't take them every day. However. I'm giving a high rating because this product is in a gummie format. I have trouble using tablets and capsules due to a swallowing problem, so I was pleased to find the gummies. I expect them to be as effective as the tablets I took in the past, but I won'tbe able to confirm that for a while. I use Lysine for cold sores. So, I will have to wait until I get another cold sore to put these to the test. I will post an update then. They a arrived on schedule and in good condition.
