Fixed my headphones
Found a YouTube video and bought this kit. It came with all the tools to perform the fix: screwdriver and pry tool. Fix took around 30 minutes to complete. Bit of a pain in the butt, but saved me from replacing a nice pair of headphones that otherwise work great!

Missing a gasket I had to order a diffrent kit with the big rubber gasket
