Directions: Add 1/4 cup Injection to 16 oz water for each competition brisket; mix until dissolve. Great for other cuts of beef also. Ingredients salt, sodium phosphate, hydrolysed SOY protein, natural flavours [(contains maltodextrin and rendered beef fat), autolyzed yeast extract, spice, disodium inosinate, and guanylate, corn syrup solids], beef stock, corn starch, onion and garlic powder, caramel colour, SOY sauce (wheat [GLUTEN], soybeans, salt), sugar, silicon dioxide (anti-caking), spices, xanthan gum, and lactic acid. Makes beef soooooooo delicious!!!

i smoked a13lb brisket, and decided to try this product. it does add a nice flavor to the meat, although i would caution if you are going to use this as your injector, then do not season your meat very much but lightly. mine was a touch salty. it calls for aquarter cup to 16 ounces of water.
