Worst product
I bought it yesterday and I turned it on the first time after adding the engine oil as well as the petrol. It started blowing white smoke and stopped working. It is not working anymore. Amazon is not helping at all.

Reliable - Easy to maintain
Good generator - very reliable, one full tank can last for hours on Eco-Mode. Very easy to start no need to mix oil with petrol, just make sure you have enough oil in the oil tank before you fill it up with petrol before using. generator is not silent, not that loud if you have a long extension cable to place it far from you, a bit quite than regular ones. I have used it on 7 trip and thing works and never failed us while camping.
