Watch out or you’ll be screwed
This is a new screw fit apparently but we bought expensive bottles with push fit in 2024. Nothing on the packaging or photos to say there’s been a change, just a note buried in the description. Disappointing contempt for their customers, and not worth the money for a bit of plastic and some charcoal anyway.

Already opened
The box was damaged when I opened up the parcel, but the outter package was not damaged. This is clearly a returned item. I'm not concerned about the damaged box. However the actual filter packaging was also opened (see pics) so there is no way of knowing of the filter had previously been used. I wouldn't expect to have a filter delivered already opened. I have now sent it back and awaiting a refund hopefully.

This product meets all my needs relative to durability, quality, and more importantly, I feel confident I am drinking safer and cleaner water. Water taste is exceptional and the charcoal filters are easy to install.
