I like the fact it blows cool air to the back of neck as well as the front

Now...this fan is AWESOME for someone with hot flashes that has to also do vard work in 85 degree heat and 99.9% humidlity. Works great at high speeds when outdoors. The second or third level is great for indoor use to quell the hot flashes as they come. It is easy to use easy to charge, and I love the soft blue color. It also works well at level 4 or 5 speed when outdoors to keep gnats and mosquitoes from buzzing around your face so you don't have to use bug spray. Love this fan!

Gives steady flow of air across your neck and face. It is effective but is not as quiet when running as I thought it would be. It is just a fan and does not provide any air conditioning. The cooling effect comes from the air flow from the fan on your perspiration. Battery life is good and runs a reasonable length of time before a recharge is needed.
