Small footprint TV and media stand

Conceptually a great add-on that is easy to install... if only the packaging was better
This was easy to install; if you have two brain cells to rub together, you do not even need the manual. It turned out that it is perfectly sized for placing my laptop and keyboard on. While I am satisfied with the end result (no obvious defects from normal viewing angles), the packaging was such that the parts came scratched. What you see in the first photo is the box it came in without any outer packaging. And as you can see, one of the metal parts punctured the cardboard box and is sticking out. The abrasion probably also caused the bottom of the main piece to expose shiny metal. There should have been cushioning on all four sides of the interior and between the separate pieces.

They almost got it 100% right
The under side has ribbed support which is good but when tightening the shelf support it would cause the shelf to be unlevel needed another pair of hands to keep it level while tightening the support a small inconvenience
