Pool Water Leveler Auto Fill, Automatic Inground Pool Filler for Water Level Control White

I’m impressed!We’re about to go on vacation from this Texas heat… but the pool water is evaporating almost as fast as I put it in, time to buy an automatic pool filler.I ordered another brand from Amazon but it leaked… but that’s the great thing about Amazon!!! Retuned it and took a chance on this one.And what a difference it is! The fill tube on the Gandone brand is built out of what appears to be schedule 40 pvc, nice and thick. The end that attaches to the float valve has a stainless steel fitting pressed into it, extra strength!Set up was effortless, adjusting the pool level was intuitive, and I’d does just exactly what it’s supposed to do.I highly recommend this one.

Do not buy, poorly built and the float is not free enough to raise and lower with the water level, came on and stayed on and overflowed the pool for days before we realized it was happening.

Super easy to install

This does a good job of keeping my water level where I need it to be. It leaked a bit at first, but with the plumbers tape they provided in the same box I was able to make a leak-free system from tap to pool. I had to fiddle a bit with the settings the first time using it so I wouldn't go higher than my pool overflow protection drain, but once you get that set you're good to go. The only negative is not a huge deal, but the lid has blown off in high wind situations since it just rests on top and doesn't latch down - the thing still functions without the lid, but I wish there was a way to fasten it down. Maybe I'll just put a rock on top of it.

Works as advertised.

I used their tape thread that came with it and it was not good. Leaks everywhere. So I used my own thread tape from big box store and it was better but still leaks some. I don’t think it’s worth what I paid.

Product leaks water from both ends. Used Teflon to reduce the leak which didn't stop it, nor reduce it. Awful. I replaced it with the same product and now I am returning both.

I ordered this because we were leaving for 2 weeks and didn't want to bother anyone with checking on our pool while we were gone. I first went to a local pool store to purchase one and they wanted $160.00 dollars!!! I thought for a piece of plastic?!?!?So I went home and searched Amazon and found this one. For over half the price!!It was easy to assemble and it worked great. No problems. It worked exactly as it should.
