First and foremost I would say these shoe insoles have far exceeded any expectations I had of them. They are very well designed and super soft and comfy when inserted into your shoes providing you excellent cushioning for your feet and soles. I have walked with these in my shoes for hours and have found them to have a very airy comfortable feel making walking with these much better. As well as providing you with comfort they obviously also give you added height however are able to do this very discreetly as they fit very nicely and conceal themselves well when placed in your shoes. These insoles do have holes at the bottom making them breathable by allowing air circulation to pass through making these insoles hygienic. I’m also very happy with the fact that once they are placed in your shoes they stay put (even when you take your shoes off due to their anti slip base and design. Whether you are looking for extra height or just looking to make your shoes much comfier when you walk/run then these insoles then I would highly recommend trying these shoe insoles.

Its an insole what more can you its fine no issues. It may be 2.5 cm but when your weights on it its 1.5 comfortable enough looks well enough made

It's higher than expected. In the picture it appears you can take layers off to adjust the hight but you can't.
