I tried all the jawline gums this past week and JAWCKO came out on top for several reasons. Effectiveness- I had a full week of chewing all the gums and JAWCKO was the most consistent in terms of hardness. The other gums are either too soft (stick gum) or too hard. It does what it's supposed to do and that's what matters the most. JAWCKO has that quality over quantity aspect down even the packaging looks and feels premium. Workout- I like the clear routine/instructions. Both sides of my jaw muscles are fully engaged when i'm chewing. I gave up the other gum brands as JAWCKO has the best muscle engagement. It's just a lot more convenient than other methods and it's a great addition to my gym/wellness routine. Taste- It actually lasts a while and doesn't disappear super quick like the rest of the gums. The flavor is quite good and comparable to top grocery store gums. I like the variety of flavors and i'll be trying the other flavors when I finish this pack. Ingredients- By far the best in terms of minimal use of artificial sweeteners. It doesn't contain aspartame like the rest of the gums. Did some research and there's nothing alarming or harmful in the ingredient list. I tried another brand that was mislabeled so I appreciated the transparency of JAWCKO. Overall- A great product that's effective. The other gums were lacking in consistency and flavor.

It works! It stopped my jaw “clicking” issues. I chew one piece a day for 15-minutes. It also tastes great!

I’m currently on my third bag of these. While I can’t say they’re specifically designed for jaw definition, they’re effective in strengthening the jaw muscles. Initially, my jaw would pop frequently, but after using the first bag, I noticed a significant reduction in the frequency of popping. The gum seems to be helping to restore the strength of my jaw. The flavor is also good, although it does lose its taste sometimes. However, I’m usually done with it anyway.

It’s like a jawbreaker at first so be careful but when you are able to chew it more and more it’s pretty good taste wise and workout wise feels like one of those rubber workout things for your jaw so pretty good still a little expensive but it’s fine it’s worth it and the longevity it last a while considering it’s sugar free so it’s good only reason for the title is because I just got it a day ago

Don't waste the money. Flavor lasts exactly 3 chews. You can literally tell on chews 3 that it's gonna be the last flavor you get, then you're just tasting your spit while attempting to chew the hardest substance known to man. Not even slightly enjoyable. I thought the gum would just be slightly more hard than normal products, not chewing on flavorless steel.

This gum definitely works your jaw. Flavor lasts about 2 minutes. The watermelon flavor was good at first. Once I started chewing more often, the flavor was nauseating. I will be trying a mint flavor instead. $18.99 for gum is expensive.
