Aw, this is not a sad but very cute crochet hamster keyring! This comes in a cellophane bag that has a little thank you sticker on it and once you take it out you can see just how small and cute this is. The hamster is quite teeny and fits easily into the palm of my hand (and I have small hands) and despite the name I don't think it looks sad at all, it's just very cute! The crochet knitting is done well and it is well stuffed too. The hamster has a cute pink ribbon attached to one ear and is all stitched apart from the eyes which are beads glued on. Attached to a keyring and chain this is a lovely and cute little keyring to own although I've currently placed this, along with all my other crochet creatures which I keep acquiring, on my desk! It may not be visible in the pictures above but this hamser, though lacking a nose and mouth, does actually have some cute grey feet underneath it. This just makes the whole hamster look like such a cute crochet item and anyone who is looking to give someone a fun and cute little gift will definitely cheer them up with this lovely keyring. The hamster is so cute and so simple in design, but it's definitely not a sad hamster, unless it's sad before you purchase it as the listing implies, lol. Overall it's a lovely and cute little crochet item and perfect for gifting to someone (or yourself!). EDIT: After checking out the Sad Hamster meme I get why it's called a sad hamster. It does look like the meme but it is to me still very cute and not all all sad! lol
