I absolutely love IQ Air. The quality is superior to that of any other air purifier I’ve ever owned. This is my second IQ Air. The best part is that the addition of great quality is their convenience app, which tells you the air quality both outside and inside your home. IQAir GV may seem significant as it’s about 3’ x 14”, the moment you plug it in, you know help is on the way for the quality of air in your place. After about an hour, a massive difference in the air quality is noticeable. Allow your app an hour to update the air quality in your home. With the automatic settings, the speed will adjust as needed, either lowering it when necessary or increasing it when required. It is super quiet. It makes sleeping very easy and much more comfortable knowing that the air is clean and being monitored. The ease of use was crucial when I decided to purchase another IQ Air; the app tells you which filter needs to be replaced. The good news is you have over a year for some of the filters before needing to replace them. The convenience, the quietness, and the fact that it keeps the room cleaner with less dust all enhance my sleep quality. I highly recommend this product for anyone with allergies who wants to improve their quality of life.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and the overall quality control. After three separate purchases, I cannot recommend this product to anyone. The first unit worked for about two months and then suddenly started producing a strong burnt smell. We came home and the entire house smelled like BBQ smoke, and instead of improving air quality, it made the air feel worse. It was alarming and unacceptable. When I returned it, I was charged a restocking fee. Wanting to give the brand another chance, I ordered a second unit. After setting it up, an internal screw literally fell out of the machine. That raised serious safety and manufacturing concerns. Hoping it was just bad luck, I purchased a third unit. This one arrived with wheels covered in noticeable dust and hair. It felt like I received a restocked or previously returned unit being sold as “new.” After three attempts, I have completely lost confidence in this product and the company’s quality control standards. For something designed to improve air quality, this experience has been frustrating, concerning, and unacceptable. I would not trust this unit running unattended in my home. STAY AWAY! DO NOT BUY!

It’s kinda loud on full blast but I think that’s just the fact it has a strong fan I won’t run it full blast much anyway. It’s plastic fills like I need to be gentle with it if changing filters but filter change is like once a year it was easy to set up get running.

This is the perfect purifier. You’ll notice a huge difference within 30 minutes. I had a sewage line burst in my basement near the multigas purifier and it managed to filter all of the VOCs in the area and kept my other room down there from getting fumes in it. I will say after the sewage burst and I carpet cleaned the hell out of everything. Steam cleaned used all kinds of cleaners and so on. It saturated the 12 pounds of carbon and I had to replace it 3 weeks after this incident. But unless you have extreme VOCs like that you won’t have to deal with what I dealt with

My first review - I bought the IQAir GC MultiGas XE Air Purifier. This purifier comes in 3 PIECES. So the delivery date state is for 1 of the times. I was informed today Dec 27, 2024 that there is 0 inventory of the carbon air cartridge filters for the system. My sick husband NEEDS this filter, and they weren't able to deliver. They don't have an ETA on when they will be receiving carbon air filters that fit the unit. If you need this, DO NOT BUY because they will not deliver the item you need. In addition, now I'm getting the run around on how to return the purifier without the filters (the only piece delivered). They are trying to make ME PAY FOR SHIPPING back which costs $160. Working through this now and will update. I called IQAir and talked to a horrible customer service lady that told me to reach out to Amazon, rather than help me generate a shipping label to ship it back to IQAir. For a $1600 filter, I'm extremely disappointed that I've gotten the run around to try to make things right for my husband who needs this in our home. I've dropped about $5K with this company over the past few weeks, and can't believe they can't help me out. 0/10 experience, will be looking elsewhere for air purifiers. EDIT: Waiting on refund, IQ Air provided me with shipping labels after complaining. Luckily the product showed up 1/2 missing. We purchased one of these 2 weeks earlier and it rattles now. Will be returning. Opted for the Austin Air purifier instead. Much higher build quality.

I got this multicast air purifier because I have chemical sensitivity and it’s severe and when something gets in the air and bothers me it makes me sick and stays in the air for a long time. So I got this to help clear the air faster and keep the air fresh and clean for me. I also have bad allergies and allergic things so this so far is helping me a lot I think it smells fresh and clean. Although I’m still trying to get past the new chemicals of the machine it self but I put it in a far room for now so it can clean its own smalls out of the air before it gets to me and it’s been ok so far. I love the app and how it revels up at even lower levels and says it unhealthy for sensitive groups at that point makes me feel like someone gets me. I can control from the app and turn it on a manual fan setting or balanced where it runs on low until something gets in the air and it ramps up. I love that it can tell at the low levels even that it needs to clean the air more so the fan goes on full blast. This is a great machine This video is when it detects something and turned up all the way to high levels this is standing right at it so the sound being right at it sounds like this.

I have used an IQ Air purifier in my bedroom for several decades now. As a person with allergies, it’s a lifesaver!

Not all replies from sellers are returned by email! Amazon had the replies and I didn't see them at first! This caused some confusion for me!
