Strong ANC and Call Quality
Audio quality is good. Noise cancellation is effective, and transparency mode works well. Dual-device connectivity works with both two phones and a phone-PC combination. Some features appear to be mutually exclusive (for example, multipoint and low-latency mode), and switching between them may require disabling a mode and reconnecting, sometimes by placing the buds back in the case. I don’t switch modes much, so please confirm how it works by finding the manual online if this is important to you. Battery life is solid for both the earbuds and the case. Microphone quality is very good for calls, which was my main reason for purchasing them and a clear improvement over my previous pair. Callers could not hear wind noise even when I was riding a bicycle. The companion app works reliably, though it's translated English which is a bit awkward. The main drawback is that neither ANC nor transparency mode works when using only one earbud. My previous earbuds supported this, so it feels like a downgrade and limits flexibility. Aside from these limitations, overall performance is strong.

Perfect fit
These earbuds are amazing. I have gone through several cheap to mid-range earbuds over the last few years and these are the best yet. I only have these for approximately 2 months now but these are the first pair of buds I have had EVER that do not fall out. You bend down? They stay put. You're brushing your teeth? They stay put. You do a backflip??? They. stay. put. I had the QCY HT05 before this one so i am not too worried about lifespan (especially since these rarely ever fall). The audio quality is great as well as the app and all its functions. Can't go wrong tbh.

Best Price to Sound Quality Ratio - But Case Too Small to Accommodate Foam Tips
Excellent value, but might return due no compatible after market foam tips that will fit in the case. What a shame. Tried three different brands so far. None of the three eartip sizes provided yield a secure enough fit for my liking. Otherwise, highest recommendation for those with a budget up to $100 for bluetooth earbuds. Suggest Scarbir's detailed evaulation online. Top notch. Note - As of today, firmware is up to date on newly shipped earbuds. One needed to perform a firmware update when Scarbir wrote his evaluation. A multi-step process of which he wasn't a fan, but he found well worth doing due to excellent results in the app, connectivity, and more. Are these equal to $200+ IEMs? No. However, for bluetooth earbuds for under $50, they are a tech marvel. As a former DJ, and also, one with a former girlfriend who was a backup signer for Whitney Houston, and many more well known artists, I've listened to a wide range of bluetooth earbuds, IEMs, and headsets over the years. These reproduce sound very, very well. They will more than satisfy the vast majority of people desiring a very good listening expience, - from R&B to Rock to Bossa Nova to Funk&Disco to Classical. Just gave them a test run with a few Steely Dan songs and Mozart works, and "Go Home" by Stevie Wonder. Easiliy an 8 out of 10 on all. ANC? Taking a flight in few weeks, will know then on that topic. So far, excellent job eliminating ceiling fan noise at home, and chatter in a supermarket.

A winner in the budget space
I believe I have finally found a winner in the relative budget space. Tried offerings from Soundpeats, Baseus, and Tozo as well. All those others had some weakness which caused me to give up on them. Soundpeats lacked features, Baseus app support was just too flaky to use, and Tozo battery life was just lackluster for me despite advertising incredibly long life. Enter the QCY melobuds pro. So far a winner across the board. First off the feature set at this price point seems the best I have found. Multipoint works well, noise cancelling is at least mid tier which at this price is very good, LDAC supported which I love using on my android phone when listening to music. Touch controls are responsive and totally customizable. Which brings me to the app. While I think it could be cleaned up a bit the amount of options in there is incredible. Pretty much anything about the headphone can be customized including touch controls, EQ, ANC settings. And on and on. I find them very comfortable as well. This of course is a case by case thing but I have come to appreciate the stem style with anc earbuds because the ear part seems to be able to be a little smaller than on the button style and that works for me. Negatives? Amount of charge left in the case is not available in the app. Only 3 sets of earbud sizes in the box which some of the others had more. But these are small complaints compared to the overall value you are getting with these. Very highly recommended!

Died in less than a year of careful use- disappointed is a word
Edit: I purchased these Oct '24 and they no longer work properly as of writing this review June '25. The earbuds now have static throughout my audio playback, the ANC no longer works, and they don't charge completely. Less than a year old and they don't work? I treat my things well because i don't have a lot to spend, with careful use i should have gotten more use out of them- I am frustratingly disappointed. I wish I could give a half star rating, I've always used IEMs and in-ear buds. These have a great sound for the price, are lightweight, and comfortable to wear even laying down. My ONLY gripe is the material and sizes of the tips, I can't get a single tip to fit right and I have other third party brand tips I tried and no luck either. They fall out way to easily, especially when I'm running or doing any real activity. It's so distracting and really takes away from the experience because I literally like everything else about the buds, the active wind noise cancelling is HUGE for me when I'm running and cycling. The EQ on the app is easy to use, I never had connection issues. I've had them for quite awhile and they are still going strong. These beat out sound core liberty 4 for the price.

Nothing else in this price range can touch this amount of quality. The sound is much better than earbuds priced above this, like the Nothing series, and the ANC is shockingly good. Don't expect anything like the Apple $300 ANC's, but it gets the job done and makes commuting listening actually viable, even for softer tracks and classical music. The comfort, and battery life is also a plus. I've been using this for months now, as a commuting and gym set, and it stay on easily, and does not pinch the ears. For about $60+, its sounds close to my much more expensive Jabra elites.
