I’m giving this 5 stars even though we ended up taking it out of the bag and putting it into a bowl. It melted great and quickly. However it was a little clumpy and was setting too fast so we put it in a bowl and put a teaspoon of coconut oil in it and it worked great! The results were outstanding! We used it to make Dubai chocolate. The chocolate came out of the molds perfectly, it was thin like we wanted, had the perfect snap to it and was shiny and smooth! The chocolate itself was absolutely delicious! We were able to make 2 decent sized bars. I used a different brand for the third bar, which is a very popular brand, and this one was by far the most delicious and turned out the absolute best! I have to say that it was an 11 year old handling the chocolate(we bake/cook together frequently!) and it was our first time making chocolate bars so it may work right out of the bag for me! Even IF I have to put it in a bowl again I would absolutely buy it again because of the taste of the chocolate itself! So excited to make more!

This product was great and was easy to use you just heat it up in the bag and then toss no need for a pastry bag! I used this for chocolate covered pretzels

This product is so easy to use, I needed it tho make stripes, It came in a piping bag already, I got the bright red color , It tastes like white cgocolate. It is great .

Two of the three bags were open. Not good and unable to return of replace.

3 seconds in the microwave and it did make a lighting inside.. it is not a microwave safe item. I had to boil the pack to melt the chocolate. Tho, the chocolate is tasty and easy to harden once it gets chill. But the package is not safe for microwave.. i have to cancel my other order with this item.
