Buyer beware!
The first one of these I received didn't function properly. So with no problem at all Amazon sent me another. (Amazon's return policy is excellent). The replacement one I did get to work, but since then I have tried to contact Lulzbot to answer questions I have about it. It seems Lulzbot have (at least for the moment) gone out of business. No one replies to emails and no one picks up the phone. They were supposed to have been taken over by "Fargo Additive Manufacturing Equipment 3D (FAME 3D)," on Nov 8th, 2019, but who knows what became of that?
