For background on my chewing habits: I am a female diagnosed with ADHD and I take meds to control that. What I take often causes me to grind my teeth, so I'm constantly blowing through a pack of gum nearly every other day to prevent that. I wanted to try something firmer to see if the gum would last longer. (*Note: AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS I HAVE NOT BEEN CHEWING LONG ENOUGH TO NOTICE JAW DEFINITION, this review does NOT cover that). About the gum: It is a hard piece that you gotta really crack into. Getting it started was a little rough on my teeth (I didnt want to chip anything), but once it was cracked into it was a FIRM chew. In the best of ways. I knew this was going to last. I chewed a piece for maybe 2 or 3 hours before switching out (mainly because in the last hour the flavor had gone away and I was just habit chewing before i actually noticed). It had kept a strong consistency throughout. I got the mango flavor to start and the taste was good. It wasnt overpowering or overly sweet, but it was there and it lasted a long enough time otherwise. My mouth didn't feel super cakey-sugary after, and I actually felt fresh and clean. Which was nice because a lot of sweet flavored gums dont usually feel like they do anything for your mouth. I definitely want to try the mint flavor next now that I know what to expect (i usually opt for mint flavors in gum, but not too minty). I was hesitant on the price because its GUM, but for what it does, I understand. I do wish it were either slightly cheaper, but it's marketed as workout equipment for your jaw essentially, so for its price and quantity it's actually really good. TLDR; Solid firm consistency that lasts a long time, flavor is not overpowering nor underwhelming (just the right amount), great for teeth grinders and those with oral fixations, price is up there but it evens out with quantity, and would buy again.

This Mango flavor hits different—super refreshing tropical taste that actually lasts, and the 15X hardness is no joke. First chew feels like a real jaw workout, no crumbling, holds up great. Been using 10-15 mins daily, and my jawline is noticeably sharper and more defined after a couple weeks. Perfect for mewing or just building that chiseled look. Sugar-free, portable, and way more effective than regular gum. Worth every penny—highly recommend if you're serious about facial gains! 💪🥭

Does great work and has a really good flavor for zero sugar

The gym does what it says by exercising the jaw muscles effectively but the pieces by in large disintegrated shortly after you begin to chew no matter how slowly you chew. If you can pass that then the texture normalizes and the gun becomes chewable. The flavor lasts as expected with most gum and it is sugar free without a funny smell. Still a bit expensive

This is the best jawline gum on the market way better than jawliner. It’s thicker, tougher doesn’t taste like you’re chewing on a bottle cap/plastic plus last way longer, not to mention the flavor lasts!

I would give it a zero star review the flavor last maybe 3 minutes not worth the money at all DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!

Wow….. The first 2 days didn’t seem like much. But by day 3, I definitely felt like my jaw went through a Bootcamp class! The next day, it was a bit uncomfortable to even yawn let alone chew tough food. I took a day rest and went back to chewing the gum. Only on day 6 and can’t really see a difference but I feel like it is working. Will report back in two weeks!

Tastes alright, tough to chew but pieces are small n over priced.
