This is the coffee machine I've been waiting for! Not yet around in Canada, but ships from the USA via Amazon Canada. I don't need a coffee machine that makes tea, I don't need a spinning whirly gig on the side to froth milk... I need a 'Coffee Machine!' And this is it! Boy does it keep coffee hot and that's on the low 'keep warm' setting which doesn't tarnish the flavor. And what about that flavor, it's amazing whether just brewing a single mug or brewing a complete giraffe (it has a long neck) the flavor is consistent. Love, love, love the cold brew feature. How have I lived without this? Previously I'd brew a pot of coffee and put it in the fridge to cool down, but this baby brews straight over ice, again by the mug, if that's all you need. Again, awesome full flavor without being bitter. It sits under the counter too and because of the horizontal action of the brew basket, you don't have to move the machine everytime you want to brew a coffee. The included measuring spoon attached to the side and 'drip stop' feature make this machine standout from the crowd for sure. I'm English, we don't make cups of tea in a coffee machine and I believe you would be deported from the UK for doing so. So if it's real coffee you're into and not all that ridiculous frothing nonsense, this is the machine for you!

Great product

To preface this, I love every other Ninja product that I own. As indicated in the title, I followed the initial set up instructions included in the manual, tried running through a mixture of vinegar / water, washed every individual piece of the unit and still no improvement to the distinct plasticky taste I am receiving from my coffee maker. Additionally, at the moment you cannot even register this product for warranty with Ninja (at least in Canada). I tried contacting Ninja customer service, but they were unable to assist in registering or even provide information to me on the phone about this particular model. I am stumped as to what the issue exactly is, but will unfortunately I'll be returning the unit and trying something else.

I have absolutely LOVED this coffee maker! I used to hate homemade coffee until I got this machine. Now I can’t imagine my mornings without it! My only complaint is that the glass carafe is extremely thin and fragile. Since buying this coffee maker I have had to buy replacement carafes twice because the glass shattered. You have to be extremely careful with them, and it does make me miss the thicker traditional coffee pots. That is only a reflection on the carafe though, not the machine. Overall, an amazing purchase and would buy over and over again.
