I prefer.I prefer the original formula with manesium citrate as far as that one goes..seems to bode better with my girls.But the Lingo Leap is great. It definitely works, slowly but surely.I noticed changes within a week. I don't like to keep my girls on detoxes for more than 2 weeks because I like to give their bodies a break and focus on other areas interchangeably. But I will be grabbing more & continuing that journey after this 2 week break dealing with another aspect of detox.
