Every one of his teas is carefully blended, and we stock 7 of them in my coffee shop. We chose this as the perfect breakfast tea, which manages to be full of flavour without being overpowering - it's incredibly well-rounded and works as well with milk and two sugars as it does black with a slice of lemon, or chilled and mixed with fruit juice for iced tea.

Fabulous loose Tea. The missing star is only because it doesn't come with a measuring spoon/device, but I have quickly overcome that by trial and error with my own spoons. You really can taste that it's a proper cup of tea.
