I was looking into the power of sunlight, Vitamin D, etc., but what I got was so much more. This is a very powerful and thorough book on light therapies, the history, and all the key people involved past and present. The author is very generous, informative, and shares a ton of resources. This book really opened my eyes and in all the ways we can heal naturally.

It arrived quickly ! I’m only to page 100, but it is tremendously interesting if you like to read things like this. I’m reading it for work, I want a better understanding how light affects our bodies

This book fills in so many gaps everyone has (medical, healthcare, health consumers) about the role of light and it's impact on our biology. . There is increasing awareness of the impact of light and biology. I've been listening to podcasts and doctors now talking about the importance even with mitochondria. But this book really fills in so much of the history - much of which has been lost and the current level of science. We should all be learning more light. What a great introduction. you can skip over the more detailed stuff if you want but it's good for any health consumer or healthcare professional. You'll learn a lot

This is a watershed book

When I pulled this out of the plastic packaging it had some kind of a substance on it. That was sticky, I tried to remove it and could not. Not I was very disappointed because this is a brand new book.

Intriguing look at different light and colour therapies and the health benefits they can bring. Well worth a read for those interested in this facinating subject.

Being an Optometrist, it was quite interesting to know the wonderful things light can do. It has certainly changed my perspective of how I look at light and also began thinking how I can use light in my Optometry practice as well as life. The author has really balanced with the right flow from the history and how light therapy has evolved with scientific evidence, different ways and tools of light therapy and finally also adding spiritual aspect. Loved reading the book, I would certainly recomend this book to people interested in light
