It was great at first! But after using it for awhile, it’s leaking and not holding the temperature like before

I’m not happy with my purchase. There seems to be some issue with the metal straw itself. It produces bubbles so it’s a disruptive flow. It’s been that way since I first used it, so at first I thought it was an issue with the cleaning and remantling the items, but the issue still persists even after multiple attempts of refilling my bottle. I’m not sure what the exact issue is but it’s definitely a defective item and I have no idea how to reach the seller to look into this for me from a warranty perspective?

Ice/cold doesn't even last 24 hours like what it says but design seal lock is nice but ice doesnt last long

Used it twice and i started noticing the water flow is not as smooth anymore. Something is blocking the water and im unable to get it fixed. Horrible.

I was very happy to receive this 40 oz tumbler. It's even better than my Yeti tumbler. I absolutely love the Cedar color. It's more of a burnt orange color. This is the best tumbler I ever had. I use it for ice water. I get dehydrated throughout the day. If you are looking for a tumbler BUY this!! Now my husband wants one so I bought him the navy color in 20 oz for soda or water We love it!

Bought this for my wife she loves it says it’s better than her Stanley and absolutely does not leak!

Have not used a different cup since I bought this one, it is very easy to clean and I appreciate the top coming apart so easily to do so. This cup doesn’t leak at all so I have been able to just chuck it into my bag and go - although the biggest size is huge so bare that in mind! Would recommend over other popular tumblers for sure.

I love my cup!! The color is beautiful amd when I look at it, it makes me happy. I usually put it in my lunchbox when I go to work. For the most part, it is leakproof. However, I can still feel a little bit of moisture at the bottom of the lunchbox. It is very little moisture though.
