this tuff works on helping open up sinus a couple of sprays and in some time i am back to breathing through my nose not mouth.i keep an extra one in the shelf for just in case.

Very strong and works fast. One spray usually does it for me. When I do 2 sprays. I keep sneezing for a while which gets a little annoying.
