It's the best DAC easy to connect

I bought this to split an optical out from my TV to an analogue signal for some wireless headphones and my Sound bar. It works perfectly once you swith off dolby from streaming box and TV otherwise you get a sound like a pneumatic drill going off. Given that I was somewhat sceptical beforehand I would completely recommend it.

Does what its supposed to simple no messing about

Easy to operate and does the job well. I was not aware that I would no ability to control the volume on my headphones when connected to the converter. Apparently the output needs to go something with an amplifier built in before you can do that. I connected the converter to an old analogue amp I have and plugged the headphones into that and now everything works well!

Safe and Quick delivery. Needed this for a headphone connection as my Samsung TV is a tad "dated" Easy installation and works 100% without issue. Most happy to recommend :)

Product arrived packaged very well, including excellent product documentation, with email and US phone number for Customer Service. I bought this to have TV digital audio output fed into my stereo receiver for better speaker sound output With TV output format set at PCM and wiring properly connected, I initially had trouble not getting any audio output from my speakers. I was glad for the US phone number for Customer Service and called them about my trouble. Katy was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. It turns out there are protective, tiny white plastic tube sleeves covering the ends of the optical cable which must be removed before connecting to the optical ports. With those removed, the system worked great. I highly recommend this product, particularly with their very responsive Customer Service.
