This Lenovo laptop with Windows 11 is used only when I travel, and it's held up very well. It's a basic laptop and used for the Internet, word processing etc. It came loaded with Microsoft Office at no extra charge - a great bonus. I would recommend this laptop to others looking for value.

Extremely simple to set up and start working on my excel files

I have nothing to compare this laptop to. It is my first laptop. I feel like I’m always having to charge up. Maybe that’s normal? I’d say about three hours on 80%. I am mindful to not block the bottom vents but it still gets hot. There are many times it does not keep up with my typing. It will skip two or three characters. At its worst it will skip two or three words. I’ve wondered if it lines up with the laptop getting warm. Although, I’m not sure what else I could do to keep it from getting warm. I lose WiFi signal from our hotspot about 50 ft away. Again, that could be the strength of our signal. I have to use my phone for a hotspot at times. Recently the WiFi signal will be lost and I will go into the settings on the tool bar to switch to my cell phone and the WiFi icon is gone. I’ve noticed the Bluetooth icon also disappears. After a short time they go show up again. It’s just a little annoying when I’m wanting to keep chugging right along. I gave four starts because I’m not sure if this is par for the course or if I got a dud.

I recently bought a Lenovo laptop a couple of months ago, and overall, it has been a great purchase. The build quality feels solid, and the design is sleek yet practical. While it’s not a high-end gaming machine, it’s perfect for office work, studies, and general use. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks. It booted up fast, was easy to set up and as fast as I would expect. I also like that WORD is installed and works flawlessly.

The machine practically sets itself up. There are some nuances to the new Outlook, so I hired an IT person to help and to move some files over, but it's much faster than the old Lenovo.
