Fan packed without any prior inspection before packing.
The fan came with the screws all out. The fan blade was touching the grill because they had not put the screw in place. It was lying in the box open. I had to fix it. Don't know if the main screws which had to be fixed in the wall had to come along with the fan or whether we have to buy them.

Packing was very unproffesional the productive is not working and presumably defective

normal wall mount fans speed is better than this fan, after installation speed buttons are not working properly Hence, so many times initiated to the return pickup, too worst of the service centre response finally, not able to return the material then scrapped the fan

this fans buttons are loose they not even work its not worthy i complain here after 10 days no even single email or call horrible experience from amazon i plan to switch
