Is 1C same as 1M? Whats the difference?

All I can tell you is that it is a difference in the strength and results. My husband takes the Lycopodium and as directed by his homeopathic practitioner started out with 30c. As the symptoms didn't totally go away, she raised him to 200C. When he wasn't getting the results from the 200C, she raised him to 1M . He has been on the 1M for a couple years now. with no more symptoms. I would not use anything but the 30C unless under the care of a homeopathic or naturopathic practitioner.

In case you don’t recognize that quote from The Lion King, Pumbaa is referring to his trapped gas problem. My naturopath recommended this remedy for me and nothing has been more effective in helping with my trapped gas and IBS than Lycopodium. I am truly thankful and have felt like a different person since I began taking it daily. I recommend it to all my friends as a safe effective alternative to other over-the-counter products that claim to do the same thing. If Pumbaa were real, I would tell him about it too 😆
