Review: Best in Class - This pan is amazing? I cook frequently and am very choosy about my pans. This pan will pour the eggs out without a hitch, assuming the user doesn't use excess heat. I use Induction and don't go higher than 5 but only for a brief time. Typically 4 is as high as I will go although with eggs I may move to 5 briefly. Never, never will I go higher. It cleans easily with a brief soak (never put a hot pan in warm or cold water!). I bought an extra pan so I can cook on two heating units simultaneously. This is the best non-stick I've used. The glass lid is high quality but flat so make sure you have a rag to wipe if off immediately after removing it from the pan.

Best pans I have EVER owned (I am 66 yrs. Old and cook a lot)! They work great on an induction stove (not always the case with cheaper pans). So easy to clean and eggs do not stick….nothing does. A quick wash and looks like new. Highly recommend!!!
