good, but are tablets, not gel caps
these are good supplements, but I thought they were the gel caplets, but they are just regular powder tab pills. I think their picture is incorrect on the add.

Nature Made is a good company but unfortunately I could not use this product because of the ingredients. I will still give it 5 stars because Nature Made is a reputable company.

Vitamin D3 should be a must have every day for its benefits of bone health.
Important to take one a day especially when not out in the sun to absorb its benefits which contributes to bone health. A Senior must as we age. Small size easy to swallow.

I’ve almost taken my first bottle based on Dr’s advice after 2 rounds of bloodwork. Easy to take and no after taste. Women be sure to get Vitamin D-3 w/ calcium supplements
