A: The U200 requires a Matter-enabled hub to connect to the internet. Only when paired with such a hub can it be controlled remotely through the hub’s compatible app.

**Q: Why isn't the motor working properly?**
A: Please ensure the correct adapter is selected from the 9 incuded sizes and that the lock bodyis fimly secured to the door using the provided achesive pads if needed.

**Q: If I don’t have a compatible hub, can I still use the lock?**
