It worked for fixing a whirlpool model wmh31017hs-2 microwave! Just wish the price hadn't jumped.

This was the closest part number I could find field the Magnetron from my 2018 Whirlpool under cabinet microwave and the picture looked identical. It wasn’t QUITE identical. This unit’s mounting holes were too large for the 4 torx screws that held the old one in. I was unable to find any machine screws that would thread into this replacement magnetron’s mounting holes. I ended up super-gluing #10 nuts to the mounting bracket tabs to hold them in place and used 4 #10 x 1/2” pan head screws to secure the magnetron to it’s mounting plate. Turned a 1 hour repair into a 2 hour repair, but at least it worked. Unit put back into service and works fine. I will update this review if it fails prematurely.

Saved me from buying a new microwave. Watch some videos and fix it yourself. Heating perfectly. Pretty easy to install.

I wasn't sure if this was going to work but fortunately it was a direct replacement for my Whirlpool Microwave model #WMH32517AS-0. Its only been installed for a few days hopefully it will last.

The delivered product did not allow a current to flow. Checked using a multimeter, which continually showed OL. Will be returning.
