I purchased this for my son to play games….Unfortunately it didn’t come with any instructions about anything. There is no information anywhere online and has become a major pain. At this point I’m wanting to give 1 star but I haven’t been able to get it to power on. If I do get the computer to power on and function properly I won’t keep it a 1 star. It’s very frustrating no information anywhere online or with the computer. Will not turn on (AT ALL)

I got this for my son for school / gaming. it was so well prepared with all kinds of foam and strong cardboard in and out of the case / box and came with everything the description had said. Even though its not the most recent computer hardware its super fast and smooth. the case has tons of space for future upgrading. the only thing i can gripe about is it doesn't have the top case fans but I'm fairly confident in the beast of a CPU cooler and other fans to keep temps regulated. Over all I'm extremely satisfied with this product from Thermal Take and will definitely consider purchasing more of their products.

The led software doesn’t even work, my fans don’t connect and it doesn’t stay colorful. great pc otherwise.

Arrived and the cpu fan fell right out when I went to take it out the package. 2nd pc from Amazon that's been trash that I'll have to return.

I honestly love it it came super fast in about 1 day when it said 5 the people who dropped it off came fast no hassle super worth buying !
