I bought mine at Lowe's. The knob stopped latching after a few months. Now I have to the knob 3 or four times to get it to stay on. Even then, it doesn't countdown. Can't find the manufacturer for return.

bad timer

I have bought 3 of these timers and all have failed after about a month. They start to stick and don't time out. I can't find the company to make a complaint too. I can't find a suitable replacement for it.
