Easy to use and comfortable!
I'm glad I took a chance and bought this product because the smaller teardrop shaped suppository I needed it for fit just fine and helped me place it in the right spot. I simply removed the stick plunger, dropped the suppository in, which landed at the tip. Then I put the plunger back in and pushed it until it touched the suppository. When I get it in the right position, I just pressed a little bit and I can feel that it released it. For my purposes, it works and the curved tip makes it easy to insert. For those who would need it for Reveree and similar sizes, it will not fit, and it won't drop to the tip. I think you just have to make sure that whatever tablet or is suppository you use it is small enough for you to drop it in and it go to the tip easily. You shouldn't have to push down on it with the plunger to make it go down to the tip. I recommend this to everyone because of comfort and ease of use, as long as whatever you need it for fits easily.

The search is over 😮💨
Finally! A comfortable applicator! To all my fellow perimenopause and sensitive girlies-look no further. Used this once and immediately threw out the other various applicators I’ve collected over the past 2 years. This works for suppositories, creams (has measurements) -all of it.

Best Applicator I’ve Tried
I’ve been prescribed vaginal estrogen and the Vwell MaxComfort tapered applicator has been so much better than others I’ve tried. The tapered design makes insertion smooth and comfortable, and the pill doesn’t get stuck like it has with other products. It’s gentle and easy to use, which really matters when you’re dealing with sensitivity. Highly recommend!

PIECE OF “PUSHER” WAS INSERTED!!!
The piece of the applicator that pushes the capsule pops off. While trying to push the suppository through, a piece of the applicator was inserted along with the suppository. It would be better if this piece is not detachable, and the opening was larger for bigger capsules. I am too afraid to continue using it because of this issue.

Why aren’t all applicators tapered??
I’m surprised that this brand is still the only vaginal applicator that is tapered like a typical tampon (at least from the time of this review). These VWELL applicators definitely make insertion a lot more pleasant. I used the stock applicators that came with the metronidazole gel…not sure if the developer of those squared applicators ever tried to insert one in their hoo-ha, but they are NOT comfortable. Since I purchased these VWELL applicators *after* I was finished with my metronidazole gel, I can’t comment on the ease of filling the applicators or dispensing gel/cream product into your hoo-ha. However, I have used them with NutraBlast boric acid suppositories with ease.

Don't bother with anything non tapered
Honestly pretty grateful I found this. Some of us out here are going through some stuff and this one thing just makes my life a little bit easier right now. My oval capsule is 200mg and fits fine but I can see that larger capsules may not work. Thank you to the people that made this. Also absolutely floored that they made the individual wrappers so easy to open.

Great product....open and missing an applicator from one of 3 packages ordered
So I was really nervous at first because I put my 200mg progesterone capsule in the top where the plunger goes like the instructions direct you to...and it got stuck. It has a very narrow neck compared to the applicator end. So I was like what the hey it's a gel cap hopefully it can withstand the squeeze and push. So i pushed it as far as i could with my finger first then used the plunger to advance it to the tip and it worked. Im super happy to try these as I struggle to get the capsule far enough back with out an applicator. I have other applicators that are not as comfortable to put inside a sensitive area and I think these will be a life saver and make a not so enjoyable activity a little easier to tolerate. I will update my review if things don't go as planned. I did try with two different capsules to ensure that they would hold up with practice on a couple capsules. When I went to remove the first one I tried it shot out lol. I dont think I'll be two worried about making sure it gets to the back of where it needs to be. Lol I was a little disappointed in the seller/amazon as they sent me an open package 1 of 3 ordered, with one applicator missing. These aren't cheap for something you use once and toss. I plan to return and get a replacement. Im surprised they even want it back honestly. But ok.

This is the best and only worthy consideration as a companion to the boric acid capsules. I bought another brand suppository application firsr, one that showed as recommended, and tried applying the boric acid. It resulted in it causing an internal vaginally tear (ouch!) because those applicators are rough and not rounded for motion. THIS APPLICATOR IS AMAZING!! It is designed similar to the head of a tampon that is smooth, rounded and enclosed, to allow safe and comfortable upward travel internally and then when ready, release the suppository. BRILLIANT! It is feels like QUALITY, not flimsy at all. In fact, feels like a waste to throw it out after single use - but it is only for single use. THANK YOU to who designed this suppository applicator. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but worth it! Sorry that I am going on about this, but the competitor type really hurt when I used it. So I am grateful for this superior alternative.

I am SO glad that I found these. I was close to giving up on my estrogen cream, and was researching alternatives when I thought to look for an applicator alternative. These are SO much better. My estradiol cream screws onto the back end of the applicator and the measurement for the cream is printed on the side. I can then unscrew the cream off the back end and push the plunger through to push the cream down to the tip. The plastic is smooth and the end is tapered. It is exponentially more comfortable than the applicator that comes with the prescription box. I bought a gel cleanser for vaginal menstrual cup that I use to wash it out, so that I can use each applicator a few times safely. Try them, you will like them!

I tried other applicators but these were the only ones that worked for my IVF drugs. It wasn't painful to use, it was more expensive but the alternatives caused scraping and bleeding. This product was easy to use and I'm happy its available.

Don waste your money on these.. they are awful. The last few times I have bought them they were great with a few duds in the pack but they have changed the manufacturer or something and this order has been horrid. They break, they get stuck when trying to push the pill out, they are a pain.

These are good but should be less expensive
